- This game requires an immense amount of dedication, this means
checking your email at least every day and posting once a day. Never fear
though, for this game will give you the true taste of holding power over the
masses and is truly worth the effort, if you get that far of course.

Character Generation
Rules
- All players must take the Blooded Scion template (see PDF). No exceptions.
- All players have five levels, spending them according to the ECLs they buy.
- You can have any deriviation except for Azrai.
- You can have any bloodstrength except for True.
- You get 32pts to point buy all seven scores, yes that's right all seven
scores inculding the new bloodline score, and please no whining about this, it
just annoys me.
